Two of my most favorite childhood books are movies right now. Where the Wild Things Are and Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs...

It's really way too hot.

95 degrees + 85% humidity = 103 degree heat index, which in turn = miserable-hot.

Now, I love the USPS as much as the next guy but something is TERRIBLY wrong.

Apparently when they upped the stamp prices recently they also changed shipping perimeters to that they are based on SIZE (only?) and not just weight like before (though back in the day there was the occasional "wow that's super huge" extra charge).
