Starting to get back on track...

Ok so I haven't posted in ages but I'm always lurking around! Currently I am doing okay with my weight loss considering I had a big binge over last weekend and yesterday too. Although I purged yesterday so that was fine. My bmi is currently 19.7, this is in the healthy range. I f-ing HATE the healthy range. I need to lose at least 9kgs by summer. God, going into summer really is great motivation. I am working out a lot. Bootcamp Mon, Wed, Fri, dance class Tues, Thurs and a run on the weekend. Well I haven't actually had a perfect week like that yet but this week I will. i LOVE all that stuff, its really fun so that won't be hard. The eating on the other hand is. As long as I stick to low cal foods to curb hunger for 400cal, then 500cal of whatever I want then this seems to be working a treat. I seem to do okay at dieting when I am busy. Its when I'm at home chilling that I turn into a crazy bitch. Oh and I never eat after 4pm. Hope all is well with everyone xxx
