Making progress.

Ok so I am weighing in at 58kg tonight. Hopefully less in the morning. I purged this morning after breakfast because I knew I would get too hungry to last until the next day. Then ate some cake, chocolate and 2 crackers. All up 1000cal. More if you include breakfast. But it was one of those purges you just know got pretty much all. Love it when that happens, sometimes it so damn easy then I will have a random attack and can't get it up. So this kind of diet is what helps me lose the weight. Eat all my calories in the one meal in the middle of the day. No dinner, heaps of coffee. Mostly soup, vegies then chocolate. To end up 1000 cal max. Exercise about 6 days a week too. But I am dating this guy who wants to take me out for dinner to nice restaurants and I never normally eat dinner! Can't tell him that obvs. Will just have to starve all day pretty much. God the self control will be amazing. Or will end up in a binge/purge. Want to be 50kgs for Christmas! What a merry little christmas that would be!
