Here is what I know
*My brother's surgery went well though it was over 6 hours long and quite extensive. Apparently the difference in his jaw was 10 millimeters and if it is 2 millimeters or more it could only be repaired by surgery. Yikes! His jaw was that of a 12 year old. No wonder the poor boy was in pain. He is at home recovering, in pain, very swollen, and on crutches because of all the bone they had to take from his hip but prognosis looks good. He looks different so much so that his dog barked at him when he came home which isn't good :(. But hopefully he will soon be a new man.
*The kiddos involved in the car accident are all doing ok, thank goodness.
*My uncle had surgery to remove the tumor in his brain this morning. It is cancer and they could not get it all. They found spots on his lung and kidney when they did a body scan last week so those could be cancerous as well. I'm in shock right now, I don't even know.
*My house got locked in at 5.78% interest rate which is wonderful and my payment for principal, interest, tax and HOA will never be more than $970. WooHoo!
