Well, they did it - I now have a 3rd grader and a 7th grader.  Both had a great day at school and are looking forward to the next 179.  NOT.  But they are looking forward to going back tomorrow... they had a good time.  My oldest really likes Spanish and he said he found all sorts of ways to get to his classes so everything is good for the newbie.

My Goddaughter had her confirmation today. I'm so proud of her! I surprised her - she did not see me until the Lord's Supper and after mass they took some pictures and I found myself by her and she was so excited to see me. I love that. This week is the craziest week so far and it's only Monday!  I had an interview today.  It went well but the job I thought I wanted turns out to suck big time.  Very stressful and lousy pay - that is coming from the guy who apparently wants to hire me for the job.  Um, no thanks?  I have another job interview in the city tomorrow and then another ( Read more... )
