the cable man was supposed to come today to fix the damn digital cable that i pay an extraordinary amount for (since i have no roommate with which to split it)...he was supposed to be here between 1 and 5. at quarter to 1, they called to say there were "three jobs in front of mine" and they's "call when they were here so i could let them into the building." it's 5:15. they JUST showed. BASTARDS. when you're an RP you need to spend saturday doing productive things like going to office max to buy supplies that will make your cubicle feel like a home away from home and going to the teeter to buy food so you don't starve. you do NOT need to sit in your apartment ALL DAY waiting for the cable people to come. i am cranky.
in other news, white water rafting was fun yesterday, but LONG. the place was 4 hours away via giant bus and i was tired as crap. we left the office at 730am and didn't get back to charlotte until after midnight. due to the amount of drinking that was occurring on the bus, i didn't get to sleep as much as i would have liked...therefore i'm tired today, which further enhanses my crankiness.
this post was more out of boredom than necessity, i am sorry i fyou actually read the whole thing hoping for entertainment...i suck.
time to get the damn cable men out of here and go do my RP errands...
