i'm with alannah
i have nothing consequential to say either but i thought it might be nice to let you all know what i've been up to lately. i pretty much work 5 days a week and sleep/shop the other two. not exciting. so bear with me. this is all i have.
kate moved to boston thursday, so now i officially have no friends from high school to hang out with here. luckily i'm tight with the crew at work. we drink nearly every day in fact. i am cool.
thursday night-friday i went out to john's to hang out. we went on the jetski. it was fun. the drives there and back were awful. it usally takes two and a half hours. on the way there it took four hours due to constant construction (that'll teach me to drive ANYWHERE on interstates at night), and on the way back it took 3 and a half hours due to terrential downpours and a small issue with a broken windsheild wiper (it was almost easier to just not use them and go in blind).
dana came home for the weekend so i hung out with her and jess friday night and we went to friendly's for old times sake...friendly's has really gone to the shitter, let me tell you. they renamed the cyclones "friend-z" (and they're really cheaping out on the amount of peanut butter cups they put in them) and the claw machine costs $2 now. it was bullshit. we basically talked about people from high school all night. good times.
last night i had a party for my work friends (and jessica) and there was a LOT of drinking, some nudity, and video footage. jessica hooked up with the 31 year old stockbroker/bartender. i mean, somebody had to, right? ;) we learned that not only nicole but the entire corre family will pass out at least three hours earlier than everyone else. stroever of course dominated the poker and roulette tables, and julia is the greatest drunk of all time. cleaning the house was interesting, as i found a pair of shoes, a shirt and boxers that belong to various people...apparrently it's cool to go home without those now.
marge and jackie are away until friday. having the house to myself is gloroius. except that since this is the first time i've lived in this house, i really have no idea where we keep anything. i guess i'll just have to figure it out.
tuesday night is julia's 21st and the nest kids are going to get her wasted. we will not stop until there is a puke and rally. the poor girl won't even know what hit her. ;)
my life is lame, i know. it's gotta be better them winston though. i mean i'm actually making money this summer, so that's a huge plus right there. i think i'm going to wait until the absolute last second to return to school since i don't have any moving to do. i'm talking last second like two days before classes start. it's fine. i'm in NO hurry to go back to all that shit. i am really looking foward to graduation. i've had aobut enough.
