Well, the umpteemth annual BBQ went well with about 20 people....but I bought 24 ears of corn(@$0.25 each) and then cut them in half. Needless to say, I have CORN! Delicious corn!

Inspired by traceroo, I made some homemade italian ragout. It's not really a sauce. Garlic bread. Angel hair pasta. Sausage, onion, mushroom. I add a few beans.

I just finished a granny smith apple from the grocery. It's origin was Washington State. The taste was extremely tart but not too unpleasant. Its skin was thick. The flesh was dry and extremely crisp; almost tough. It was a difficult eat ( Read more... )
