Long time no update, i work part-time and i go to school full-time, but i've been (for the most part) on the wagon and today i reached my ultimate goal on the eliptical 1014 calories burned yay!!
I'm soo pumped up i, pushed myself really hard it came down to mind over matter, i guess my next goal is to just upping the lever untill i max out at 20, oh and to consistantly burn 1000+ everyday. I'm getting stronger and stronger, maybe 2-3 weeks ago i swichted to free weights, i do bicep curls at 15 pounds and i work my triceps at 10 pounds, i hope to make 5 pounds gains in each by this time next month, and i do squats (i like my big booty) and lift really heavy for my quads, and a couple of other things. I've been gaining a losing the same 5 pounds while gaining muscle, arrgh, I'm like 166, but i've buckled down and once i get my insurace straightened out i'm going to consult a nutritionist. I bet if i even lost 5 pounds out fat my muscle definition would show...that's all i really want at this point, well that and a flat stomach, leaner arms, defined quads, and to be one jeans size smaller (i'm a big 11/12 and i want to become a small 9/10). That's the vanity stuff, at this point i can say with full and utter confidence that i'm physcially fit (but that's a condtion one can constantion improve and build upon). I aslo want to find time to start boxing competetivly, but that's another post.
