In the middle of the afternoon yesterday, I discovered that my phone was dead. I called about it, and I think the person was intentionally not clear. He said that the line was not working and they had a crew in the area. When I went to my car a few minutes later and saw the cherry-picker in the alley, I knew thay had actually caused the outage.
