Maddie floats gently down into the Nexus, she has a thick, leather-bound book with her, it looks very old and tattered, but she's poring through it as if it was her lifeline. Printed in gold on its cover, are the words: The Rose Family Line. She looks up and blinks for a little while not realizing where she is, before smiling.

Faye smiles softly. "For me, it's love and friendship."

"I'm still new to friendship..and love..heh. My mom was a hero. And seeing her, even if it's just a picture. Makes me feel like I can do something worthwhile."

She smiles. "I hope so. I really hope so."

"I'll go with Faye on this. Love and friendship."

"In new to friendship..and love is..scary ground for me. But now that I know what my mom was. I feel like I can do something worthwhile."

"Thirding the love and friendship answer. Though I've got one word for both these days: Clan."

She smiles. "That's great, Elisa. I hope I can have both, someday."

"I'm sure you will, Maddie," Elisa says, smiling. She studies the picture for a second. "Wow. Your mom was beautiful..."

She smiles proudly. "Mom was hot, even after she'd had me..Dad wasn't so bad looking either. Before he started drinking, anyway."

My team-mates and the purpose we have...even if it is just to eat stuff and cause the odd bit of chaos here and there. Still they are all I have and as irritating as they are i wouldn't trade them for anything.

She grins. "Sounds like you care a lot for your teammates."
