Maddie floats gently down into the Nexus, she has a thick, leather-bound book with her, it looks very old and tattered, but she's poring through it as if it was her lifeline. Printed in gold on its cover, are the words: The Rose Family Line. She looks up and blinks for a little while not realizing where she is, before smiling.
"What makes you feel like you belong? Love? Friends? Family? For me, it's this." She holds up a book, displaying a black and white portrait. The picture is faded and the paper is old, but it's still visible.
