I'm having a hard time finding time to update my LJ lately!  Things have been so hectic between work and moving and getting settled in the new place.  After more stress and drama than I thought possible, we now have a couch and an armchair.  We still need a table, but now at least we have something to sit on, which 500% increases our ability to ( Read more... )

I'm not having the best week ever: tons going on at work, coming down with a cold, and trying to get ready to move on Saturday.  A week with one of those three would be stressful, but all three have added up to ickiness.  :(  I've been reading my flist, but haven't been able to comment much -- sorry!  And once I move I probably won't have internet ( Read more... )

I ate dinner last night at a restaurant called Bimbo's Bitchin' Burrito Kitchen.  al;skjflsdkfjslkdfjs  Not only is the name endlessly entertaining, there was wonderful, kitschy Mexican decor everywhere -- pinatas dangling from the ceiling, lots of bright color, artifacts from the 1950s attached to the walls...  I'd summarize the style as "sassy" ( Read more... )
