So life is starting to suck again. My father comes home tonight and tells me that my aunt has breast cancer. Her husband is the one that died on Thanksgiving in 05. I am literally numb right now.
I guess I'll try and cheer myself up on a positive note. The outdoor season is done. It was an emotional and physical roller coaster. The guard ended up in 4th, again their highest score was broken, 18.7 at chapters. Congrats to the WHS band for being Chapter I Group II Champions for the second year in a row. And for scoring a 97.15 at ACC's, and placing 2nd in Group II. This was an amazing season. And just like our toast. Here's to an even greater indoor season. The songs are picked and the show is getting designed.
Talked to Raul for about a half hour the other day. I honestly cannot remember the last time we talked at all. In person or on the computer. I enjoyed it, and I do miss our chats. Maybe we can have more? Bringing WHS to the Apex show again this year. Should be good.
Alright time to write a few more pages for my paper and then bed. I have a dentist appointment in the morning.
