totally out of it....
So its been too long.....this has been a summer of ups and downs....
The bad news: We had to put down my dog Tigger, she had liver and kidney failure. I cried for a week. Work has totally sucked. I really need a new job. I have reamed out my boss I don't know how many times, I have totally ripped this other woman a new ass at least 3 times, and her husband has called to complain, and I just laugh. Its really sad when you wake up to go to work and you are just miserable. Glad that I am now back to part time. But I am still going to find a new job.
The good news: We got a new puppy a month ago. She's a pure-bred yellow lab, her name is Lacey. I am a DCA World Champion! I am so glad the season is over. Honestly, I had a great retirement season, but I was really over it half way through. I just want to teach now.
Williamstown HS is going fabulous. I have 16 kids, lost a couple along the way, but its all the better now. They are spinning great. Group II better watch out.
I am glad that school has started again. I cannot wait to graduate!!! The part that sucks, is that I have to take 2 direct studies this semester, which means, one-on-one with a professor. Won't be hard, just different not taking it in a "normal class".
I know we are just starting outdoor, but I keep thinking about indoor. Now that I have the funding from the Band Parents Assoc. I want to make sure I get everything. I am getting ready to order a brand new floor. WHS also got promoted with the new guard classifications. I am going to the meeting that is on Sunday.
Which brings me to my next problem, should I march one more season of indoor?!? I, honestly don't know. I would need to find someone to be able to travel with WHS. Plus where to march. I basically already know the answer. I've already been offered a spot from Blackwatch. I have felt so alienated from AYS by 98% of the people there, excluding David and Cocoa. Just feels like it would be the right move. Plus it seems more people believe in me at BW than AYS.....Maybe I will just teach, who knows.
