I made this weekend:
1.  onion and pepper quiche.
2.  a baked french toast dish dusted with cinnamon and sugar for breakfast.
3.  a tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad
4. Grilled corn on the cob for the first time ever!!!

That when glass heats up, it explodes?
That the glass shards look like slivers of ice?
That glass flies pretty far?
(I had a piece in my sink. It flew past me from the stovetop to the bottom of the sink.)
That in spite of the total (dangerous) mess, I didn't get hurt while cleaning up.
