Header problems

I just decided to change from S1 to S2, I have a free account, and I followed the tutorials but I still can't seem to get my header to appear. My layout will show up with all the adjustments, with a massive space at the top where my header should be. This is what I've got for my stylesheet:

I know it's probably something really stupid and it's staring me in the face but it'd be awesome if someone could help me out.
