Basically, a certain doggie spent some nights in kitty's room. Kitty blasted doggie into molecule. Kitty got the special weapon. WOOT!!

Or, for PG 13 version, doggie made an artwork on kitty's PC. Kitty's envy. Kitty forced the doggie to give his Special Technique.  Kitty got the Special Weapon. WAHOO!!
