I now know what 118 pages looks like printed out as a rough draft. Its single spaced, spaces between paragraphs. Its both intimidating and beautiful. I'm glad I printed it out so I could "see" my work. I have a long ways to go before any other eyes can truly land on it, but its mine all mine and even though its a piece of crap I think its beautiful ( Read more... )

I officially won nano 2008. Yay!

Now I just have to finish a novel that I am burnt out on. LOL.

Time to take a break, and then I'll plug away at it again in a few days or so.

But still - YAY I OFFICIALLY WON :)

I was bored, and used wordell to make a cloud of my novel. It was interesting, and fun.

Time to go back to typing, but I wanted ya'll to see it. Its pretty

Its official, I hit 50k during Nano. My first time ever.

I'm proud, tired, and I feel I must keep writing.

I wonder how many more words I can get.

I still need to finish the novel - it has a LONG way to go before its "done".

50k is just the beginning.

Been writing at a furious pace the last couple of days - I am slowly adding scenes and bits and pieces from the outline I had - its a good thing that the novel that I tore apart and reused as an outline is working, because I'm now at 39k. That's with writing out scene notes, adding edit later notes, ect. The draft is messy, and I'll have to work ( Read more... )

Emily's finally talking again. She's willing to tell the story of how she became a vamp, so that's what I'm writing at the moment.
