I am in Pennsylvania for Katty's wedding right now and so far there has not been much in the way of relaxing. Poor Katty - she is so stressed out because her family and Josh's family do not get along so well. It doesn't help that they live with Josh's mom right now. My original tentative plan for exercising was to run every other day (MWF-Sat) and maybe get in at least a day with free weights. Having started on Wednesday, so far I'm on track with the running.
