The problem, if you consider it that, with Baen Books a lot of times is with the politics involved.  When you read certain of Baen's writers - or for that matter, certain writers, period - you know you're going to get hit with a big dose of politics.  Baen just happens to be stereotypically right ring (or occasionally libertarian).

Panzer Operations by Erhard Raus is a memoir, put together from partial and broken manuscripts, of General Raus' time on the German side of the Eastern Front in World War II.
