I have found a new way to get Ryan to sleep when he is being grumpy and it is basically to put him on my chest/shoulder and have a big cuddle. It keeps me warm too and has the nice effect of feeling like he is hugging me back as his arm curls around mine, though the arm in question is going a bit dead ( Read more... )

Ryan has put on yet more weight and is now 8lb 1oz. The midwife who came today said he must nearly be back to his birth weight now and then looked at the chart and said "Oh..." They are trying to blame the scales at the hospital for being wrong but I think he was just waiting to be born to have a growth spurt as I am quite small. Either that or my ( Read more... )
