My thirty stationary bike minutes are now up to around nine and a half miles. I have expanded my menu a little too wide, as far as things I allow myself to eat. I will cut back this month and next,with the exception of holiday meals.
My monthly weigh-in was a bummer. I lost one pound. It seems like I am doing so much and that's just not much of a reward. Then I look back on my calender and find that I ate out seven times,had fries four of them and pizza twice. I can get away with that about twice a month if I want to lose serious weight. So I guess losing as pound was pretty good for the way I went about my diet. Oh yea, I had about two candy bars a day for the week before Halloween. Yup I really didnt deserve better now that I take a closer look at it.
We are no moving into the land of cookies and dinners with all the trimmings,but I can still eat well and enjoy those kind of meals. We'll see how well I do with the cookies tho,last year I caved, but that is unusual for me. I can usually bake for weeks and not have to eat any of them. Like I said we'll see.
Well this is my note to keep me honest about this stuff. Sorry if you got this far and just died from bordom,but it does seem to work for me.
The goal for Nov and Dec is eight pounds each month, then I will lower my sights in the new year.
