I ruck!
Originally uploaded by rugbybearpaWatching a documentary on the Bingham Cup from 2006 when I played for the Seattle Quake, managed to catch myself rucking and scrumming.
I miss playing a lot, sucks even more to know it will probably never happen again.
Trying to focus on good times ahead in my future but its nice to remember the good times of the past too.
