Yesterday I didn't even eat everything I was allowed to eat. Today I'm on the way to do the same. Let's hope it serves a purpose.

I've been very serious about it all (yesterday I even restricted way more than my plan asks for), resisting my friends' food propositions, and still I've been plauteauing since 30 November. What a nightmare. Why would that happen?? where does my body find the (all relative...) energy?????
