Diet and tiredness

This website tells me that if I keep like this I could be back in my wedding gown for Mati's birthday. Not that I would wear it ;) But oy the gorgeous pics I will have of this birthday!

My only problem is that unfortunately I'm starting to be very very tired. According to the diet plan I should have been increasing the intake for more than a week now... except it's working so well I don't have the guts. I add a few "extras" a few times a week (think whole grain pasta, or chicken and baked pineapple) but I'm still eating only the high prot stuff, which means no meat (as there is no meat kosher ones). And low cal. Really low cal. I'm so motivated I don't miss anything. It also helps that the high prot stuff nowadays includes pasta, chocolate bars and creams, etc, so I'm not deprived taste wise. As for meat I stopped missing it in front of the Katmandu butcher blocks and animal sacrifices. Sure, the delicious smelling meat my husband eats daily tempts me per se, but I don't feel the need to eat it.

I'll have to do something about the tiredness. Lite ice tea only helps a bit.
