 Something crazy happened to David today!

He was at work, and suddenly he gets a phone call saying he's late at the meeting at the house of the scientist whose work he's working on! Except no one had told him anything!
He rushes there, only to be told that the lady who organized the thing (the specialist of such stupidities) forgot the keys... so he ( Read more... )

Today I visited David's office at the Alliance Israelite Universelle. Wow! It's bigger than our apartment! It's HUGE! We worked very efficiently us two!

I bought a nice bandana-for-sheitel (Gucci!) and tomorrow there's a sheitel and kissui rosh sale just like down the street, I can't wait!

I missed the Judeo-Spanish day at the Alliance Israelite Universelle by a week... how sad...

Still there is an exhibition on Spanish Jews and their diaspora around Europe and even in NY all week. It is so very rare that an exhibition in French concentrates on the Ladino part of the Sefardi world as they are but 6% of French Jewry and most of them ( Read more... )
