[The audio clicks one to a mildly frustrated sounding Thomas] Empty Night. Monsters flow out of the wood work around here, there's some sentient stick figure attacking people, and more and more unfortunate people end up getting herded here by the day.
[He heaves a small sigh.] I haven't had any luck finding a way out of here...but I spent a couple of days lost in the catacombs. Whoever said they'd explored them and made it out didn't go very deep, seriously. They go deep, and the deeper you go, the more twisted the tunnels become. It's a maze down there.
[He pauses, as though uncertain whether he wants to add the rest of the information or not. Apparently he decides it's important enough to share.]
There are marks on some of the bones in the catacombs that don't add up to being forgotten down there. They were killed with a blade. I'm starting to think this place wasn't abandoned.
