[The video feed opens with a shot of tiled floor and the legs of a clawfoot bathtub. Over to the side is a pile of red leather. In the background, the distinct noise of water running can be heard. The sound of footsteps approaches and a pair of bare feet and the accompanying lower legs can now be seen.]
...disgusting little creatures. I shouldn't be surprised there were so many of them. They always travel in packs.
[She sounds intensely displeased. But this is not abnormal for Cara. The sound of water stops and the video shows her legs stepping gingerly into the tub.]
I'll never wash all this filth away.
[Seeming to just now remember the communicator, she leans over the side of the tub and picks it up, holding it by its chain mostly at eye-level. The water mostly does a decent job of concealing her body. Kind of anyway. Cara doesn't look concerned. She does, however, look displeased.]
It seems that certain more... rundown areas of this city have a pest problem. I can't say I'm impressed. I should have known better.
[She sinks lower in the water, sighing.]
If anyone happens to know an entrance to the catacombs that isn't overrun by rats, I would appreciate the information.
