This afternoon went for a walk on a frozen lake... It was great. You could either skate, walk or use a kick sled on a cleared track. (As you can see from the pics, the snow was really thick on the ice)

Here are some pics, all taken on the lake except the last one - couldn't resist the icicles against a backdrop of blue sky and Scots pines :oP

The weekend was so, so beautiful. Both days were sunny and not too cold, and there was lots of snow so everything looked glorious. Many reasons to adore Finland.
