Thankfulness: November 23
Today I'm thankful for Brad, allegram, and dedalvs. I've been friends with Brad and allegram for over twenty years, and even though they both live hundreds of miles away now, they are still two of my best friends. We are lucky enough to get dedalvs (bonus fun fact/earning of nerd cool points: creator of the Dothraki language for HBO's Game of Thrones) as a package deal with allegram. The four of us had dinner tonight, and when I say we had dinner what I really mean is that we took up a booth for three hours in a restaurant where we were the last customers to leave, and then we stood around outside talking for most of another hour. Having that kind of friendship, and having had it for so long, is truly wonderful.
