Ok ok I'll admit it, I guest I have been "in hiding" or avoiding everyone and everything! I just can't bring myself to write when all I am is a big FAT failure right now! I don't think anyone really notices anyway so it's no big deal!! So I just spent the last 4 frigging hours trying to catch up on everyone here...so there isn't much time left to write anyway ;) Besides my two year old REALLY wants my attention and my 8 years old is sick today :( Hence the reason I have been able to spend some time on here, otherwise I would be working and unlike most of you I can't come on here at work!

I've put on the weight I lost and I'm so depressed about it to make a long story short and I am back on track to get it off and then some!

FOOD:
No carbs...ok as little as possible
Only fruit (grapefruit, oranges, apples) and veggies
Obviously no meat...vegetarian
soup...because I HAVE to have soup to keep me warm
COFFEE...because I can't live without it
that's it!

EXERCISE:
200-300 crunches
15-20 push-ups (I know I suck, I will have to work on those)
160 leg lifts
and when this snow stops falling I have to get running again!!

So far so good, I make sure I do not go to bed unless I do all of these things!

Ok so as far as an "intro" is concerned, another day maybe too much too say and too little time...you know the kiddies need their momma!!! My two year old says "mommy get off your puter, play ith me peas", how can I ignore that??
