Ok ok I'll admit it, I guest I have been "in hiding" or avoiding everyone and everything! I just can't bring myself to write when all I am is a big FAT failure right now! 15-20 push-ups (I know I suck, I will have to work on those)

You know, I have found that's one of the first things to go if I skip workouts for an extended period---my arm strength. grrr

oh my gosh that is SO like me, it's the first thing to go for me too! I really, really, really want 'defined' arms, you know with the v in your upper arm?!!
