WHEN: Friday evening, dusk-ish (dark enough to no longer be day, but not dark enough to be night)
WHERE: following the path of the workers putting up the silver plates
Cho finished activating all the plates around the edge of the city center, and then just stood in the middle of all of it looking at the light. It was really beautiful, all those little pools of silvery, shimmery light. She had the rest of the city to do, and she knew she should be getting on that, but she wanted to admire it for just a couple more minutes first.
