it's becoming a habit

WHO: little bit of Cho, but probably mostly Bret and Jemaine
WHAT: second half of their date
WHEN: Friday night, after the magic show
WHERE: Cho's place

Cho popped the pan into the oven and set herself an egg timer. This was the third frittata she'd made, but it was a small one, intended to only serve two. The others could be reheated, and Kale wouldn't complain about that. These time issues were really getting on her nerves. She liked being punctual - prided herself on it. It was very difficult to be on time when time would not hold still.

There was a knock on the door, and Cho's head snapped up. Oh, perfect timing! She hurried over to the table and hastily lit the candles, activating the replica of the Times Square ball so that it cast a faint and shimmery light over the room.

Fifteen minutes to frittata, and the chicken would be perfect, not dry at all, and in the mean time they could have a drink. Cho pulled the door open with a wide smile. "Hello, boys."
