WHO: Jack and whoever would like to find him out and about
WHAT: city improvements
WHEN: Friday evening, dusk-ish (dark enough to no longer be day, but not dark enough to be night)
WHERE: here, there, and everywhere - starting out in the city center
Teams of workers were finishing getting the placards mounted around the city, but here in the city center, they were finished, and Jack was standing back, watching the tiny little Sorceress stare up at the polished silver sheet with her symbol carefully carved into it. He was about to say something when suddenly he was bathed in light, and Cho no longer seemed the slightest bit nervous.
"Brilliant. You finish here. I'm going to go catch up with the workers." He gave her an appreciative pat on the shoulder. "Well done."
Cho was fine, and everything with the workers was probably fine, but he'd go check on it anyway. He had to take another walk around the city to check on things, anyway. He could kill two birds with one stone.
