I hope to do some house cleaning this coming week in my LJ. If someone has never posted in my LJ or has not posted in the past six months or so, I plan to remove them as a Friend. Nothing personal! I just wanted to ask all of you to be patient with me about responding to your LJs entries, posts in my LJ and your emails. We have dial up and so when I am online it ties up our phone line. A few years ago I read a book on Love Languages that really helped me love my husband and children in a way that is more meaningful to them. It also helped me to understand my self better and why it meant more to me when my husband spent an hour chatting with me than it did when he brought me roses (not that I don't love getting roses, too ( Read more... )

Just thought I'd give a quick update on our snowstorm situation. The full force of the storm did not hit our city until about 3:30 yesterday afternoon. It was supposed to arrive the night before but a warm front came up from the south and "fought" against it making the cold front move extremely slow.
