Fairly productive, if indoors-only, weekend. Cleaning done, casserole made, talk given at church. It was St Bride's day last Wednesday, so we were thinking about her and the divine feminine in general today. I've bought a copy of 'Who am I?' which includes the Goddess Wheel. This Jungian-inspired personality typology continues to give me much to think about twenty years after I first discovered it. Definitely worth the 1p cost + £2.98 p+p!
Now that my mother and stepfather's anniversary is sorted (just a card and some wrapping paper to get...), my thoughts are turning to the husband's 50th birthday. Lots of ideas - nothing settled, yet. But there's time.
Completed the Moogle Chocobo Carnival - well, watched the fireworks with Carbuncle, who is just adorable. My reward for this is a 'Dream Egg', which could hatch into almost anything! I found baby chocobos, took some pictures, danced with Moogles and Chocobos, and raced a chocobo. I also had enough medallions to buy a choco-mog decal. I will now have to replay the game, if only to decorate the Regalia! It's all a bit Golden Saucer but for a limited time only.
And that's all the news, dear LJ. I shall be back soon!
