I try to avoid politics on my LJ, but when I saw this on Google News today it REALLY pissed me off. I just lost a friend in Iraq who was successful, educated and proud of why he was there. I enjoy reading updates and stories about our own little volcano up north. Some day after I develop the body of a Greek God I hope to hike to the rim of the volcano and check her (or is it him) first hand.
