Grrr...
I try to avoid politics on my LJ, but when I saw this on Google News today it REALLY pissed me off. I just lost a friend in Iraq who was successful, educated and proud of why he was there. He even volunteered to go back a second tour. Seeing this video makes me very angry. There is probably more to his speech and I am very interested in seeing the rest of it; however, after reading articles on some major newspapers it appears this clip is an accurate representation. :(

It looks like this was a joke gone wrong (according to John Kerry). What a stupid way to phrase the joke. Can someone PLEASE put this man in a public speaking class!?
