► This week I'm finally getting a new television to replace my horribly outdated and slowly dying tube television. Perfect time for my 6 year old computer to decide that it's going to suddenly become even worse than usual. The computer is crashing my web browsers at an increased rate now, making even the most minute attempts to do anything online an incredible struggle. It's very frustrating trying to update my LiveJournal when I keep losing segments I wrote as the browser crashes before I can save them, or have links in tabs disappear on me when I inevitably have to relaunch my browser sessions.
Also I'm sick to death of the Firefox "Sorry" browser crash alert. I'd love to be able to at least disable that since I can see for myself when the browser crashes.
I really hate this computer now. It was so good to me but now it's a constant pain in the ass. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this one for the long run of the foreseeable future. Unless some shockingly good fortune happens to me I'm going to have to get used to dealing with this pain in the ass for a few years to come.
► My bout of jitters and nerves from yesterday continue to worsen today as the computer issues above grate on me. Stormy, my cat, was also incredibly frustrating through the night constantly begging and crying for my attention but not letting me touch or go near him. Seems like I'm slipping into a depressive funk today.
Edit: An hour after writing the above I'm feeling a little bit better. Stormy was bugging for attention again and I played with him for at least 20 minutes and he's napping now. My mood has improved a bit.

Ain't It Cool News: Stallone! Schwarzenegger! THE TOMB! - Seeing
Arnold Schwarzenegger and
Sylvester Stallone teamed up would be awesome, but I've never really cared for action movies set in prisons. That said, it does sound like it might in fun.
But man, it's a bit disconcerting to see that my 65 year old dad might be in better shape than Arnie nowadays.

Ain't It Cool News: Amazing EXPENDABL3S Casting Hints From Producer Avi Lerner!! - I can't see
Clint Eastwood or
Harrison Ford signing up for it.
Wesley Snipes however would probably be up for it after he's released from prison.
There's probably no chance of it, but since they added
Jean-Claude Van Damme with
the second film, I'd want to see some other guys like
Christopher Lambert,
Jean Reno, and
Vincent Cassel together as a French mercenary team. Maybe
Luc Besson should just do that in a wholly separate movie.
