Getting My Professional Bleeding Tomorrow
► Going to the medical center tomorrow morning for my blood work and chest X-rays (as prescribed by my doctor after my check up last week). As per usually, I am inappropriately worried and anxious. Dad suggested going to the mall afterward for a drink and something to eat. If we do go I'm going to see if the bookstore still has the Batman: R.I.P. tradepaperback (not that I have the volumes leading into it).
► Hmm, I probably should have asked ArtChild what the estimated turn over rate was for commissions when I set up the deal. Haven't heard from him in over a week, since he confirmed getting the money order. Ah well, I'm sure I'll hear from him soonish.
► 'Back To The Future'... With Eric Stoltz As Marty McFly?! - Holy shit! Wow! This is huge! And was huge when it was mentioned on the Back to the Future DVD set 10 years ago. In magazine articles in the 90s. On Entertainment Tonight in the 80s... In other words, old news is old. I have literally known about Eric Stoltz as the original Marty McFly since I was a kid.
► NYCC: Archie Comics Springs Some Surprises - From the article:'Archie will also launch new Sabrina, Josie and Katy Keene comics next year, and the teenage Jinx (based on the older character Little Jinx) will debut in "Life With Archie" #7, due out in February.'
What, no Cheryl Blossom? Awww. Am I too old to have Josie and the Pussycats added to my pull list?

Director Zach Snyder tells Bad Taste.it that Zod's appearance in the film is just a rumor. In fact, that's his direct quote: "For now it's just a rumour." Rumors do have a habit of becoming truth and though I'd like to see Brainiac in the film, I'll accept Zod, too.
"For now?" That's not exactly a definitive statement or denial.
► Amy Adams to star opposite Jason Segel in 'The Muppets' (Exclusive) - "Exclusive"? This was reported a couple of weeks ago.
► Alec Baldwin, Gemma Arterton And Shartlo Copley Joining 'Men In Black 3'? - From the article:'According to Pajiba, Alec Baldwin is in negotiations to come aboard as the '69 Men In Black boss, while erstwhile Bond girl Gemma Arterton would play a secretary during that same period. "District 9" and "A-Team" star Shartlo Copley, meanwhile, is in negotiations to play what Pajiba describes as a "fast-talking Yoda type alien."
The trio would join the previously cast Jemaine Clement, Josh Brolin and Emma Thompson. Brolin is playing a young Agent K from 1969...'
Forget the modern stuff with Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith, I want to see a movie with just those guys in the past!
