► Aaand they're ordered. When I was at Dad's place yesterday, he okayed my ordering the videos from that adult website (
as mentioned Saturday). I ordered all 8 videos that I planned too. Now I can get to the fun part of worrying about if there will be any problems with the order or delivery (such as problems with the free videos). But that's completely normal for me. They'll probably show up early next week.
► It's been some time since I last posted anything about my superheroine team ideas and my character designs. I figure its long due time to subject people to
The Bush League and my personal brand of weird. The last time I actively worked on my characters was earlier this past summer. That said, last week I managed to gather the enthusiasm to update a couple of my characters, mostly just subtle costume changes, specifically to one of my favourite designs: The Masked Centerfold. I think she's one of my better characters.
One of my big problems is that I'm always reworking and making new characters so my team has a habit of getting unruly and large. I've managed to drop the official Bush League team roster down to 11, finally, as seen here:
These next character designs are a little iffy. I've long had this idea in my head of a cosmic event taking place in my "Derekverse" in which my main heroine
Utopia would have been caught in the eye. Utopia, with all her power and abilities, acting as a lodestone and inadvertently pulling various heroines from across the multiverse, dimensions and time into the Derekverse. The idea is that these heroines, through the effects of the event, would be trapped in my universe, their powers cosmically altered. They'd then band together to form a new team of "Lost Heroines" (in which Utopia would still be involved).
These are the designs I've made so far, and yes, they are based on recognizable characters. How much they should or shouldn't resemble the original characters is something I've been trying to work out, but I rather like how these look so far. The intent was to just create as many as I could and then eliminate some until I have the best. However I've been wondering if I should just use the ones I like the most as members of the Bush League and forget about it being a separate team.
I'm currently working on ideas for a certain
flame haired swordswoman and her
cosmically enchanted sword.

Mark Ruffalo Will Mo-Cap The Hulk: In the Avengers, he'll be acting out - From the article:'he'll be donning the ping-pong-ball covered jumpsuit of the performance-capturer to act out all the Hulk's actions onscreen.
"I'm really excited. No one's ever played the Hulk exactly, they've always done CGI... They're going to do the Avatar stop-action, stop-motion capture. So I'll actually play the Hulk. That'll be fun."'
Note to
Lou Ferrigno, call your publicist.
Not to split hairs, but from what I know they did do some motion capture work in
The Incredible Hulk film, and director
Ang Lee acted out some of
the Hulk's movements and behaviour in motion capture for his
2003 Hulk. I imagine
Mark Ruffalo only meant that it'll be more extensive this time.
