Whether you follow the Jewish calendar or not, may the upcoming year be as sweet as apples and honey, and may your days and dreams and ideas as fruitful as the seeds of a pomegranate.
Be healthy, spend lots of time with friends and family, and if you need a fresh start in anything, here's one right here.

(The new year is already few hours in, here. I just got back from a holiday dinner with my dad's side of the family, and tomorrow noon we'll be with my mom's and all the leftovers. The apples in the photos are from the Making Of tonight's apple pie, and the pomegranates are from our tree -- I was on pomegranate-peeling duty and managed not to stain anything. Well, my shirt, but it was black, so it doesn't count.)
And a last wish for the next year, because there's never a good time not to think about it - may Gilad Shalit be able to spend next year's Rosh Hashana with his parents, and hopefully long before that.
