Shana Tova!

The food looks really yummy!

Amen to Gilad Shalit coming home.

Tomorrow I'll post the rest of the making of the pie :-) I was afraid I'd get a heart attack just from seeing all that sugar.

And, yeah. *prays to whoever it is who listens to atheists' prayers*

Thank you! ♥

If there's one thing holidays can do, it's make me not want to think about food for a week... Just finished another holiday meal, and just looking at these pics makes me a little bit queasy...

Shana Tova. The pictures are lovely. The only thing I miss about my father selling the house is the pomegranate trees. I loved to break them open and eat the seeds.

To tell you the truth, I prefer store-bought pomegranates to the ones our tree produces. But with sugar, these were good too :-)

Shana tova!

Gorgeous photos. I just ate both of those things and yet the deliciousness of your shots makes me want them all over again.

Then eeeeeeat mooooooore. "Eeeeeeeat moooooore" is the holiday slogan, methinks. Is all holidays' slogan.

Mm, foooood.

Someone very wise once wrote that Jewish holidays boil down to: "They tried to kill us, they didn't, let's eat."
