While watching one of my favorite shows, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, I saw something that actually made me really angry. He was in Spain and looking around one of the "hip, innovative" resturant that also serves as a sort of food laboratory where they explore flavors and textures. Apparently, with the success of the new Transformers movie, Hollywood has found a new goldmine in which to recycle movie and television ideas in mega-million summer blockbuster fodder.
