I was just about to head for bed when I thought I'd have one last quick look at YaTubeYe!, and saw this video of a tornado - or tornados - near Edinburgh on my birthday, 6th September. I was flicking through The Metro on the bus today, and I saw that Alice In Chains are playing at the Academy in Glasgow on the 14th of November. They've been around since the Seattle/grunge era but I only discovered them fairly recently. Their most recent album, Black Gives Way to Blue, was pretty excellent and I think they'd be worth seeing.
