Where she stops, nobody knows...("she" being the wheel of life)
I got another promotion, sort of. My new position hasn't even started yet (next Tuesday) but Kirk (my trainer/supervisor) wants me to be a Big Jump (2) leader. Basically, when any newish teacher needs help with something that's sort of related to being a Big Jumper (Re: not a large sweater), they can call me instead of him. This would also mean I might get to go to Korea.
I tackled and defeated a huge paperwork army today. More like I pruned the troops and sent them on their way to being my extra payment.
The school is also having a major problem: success. In the last couple months we've gotten 16 new students. And the school is downsizing starting next week. They are going to have to up-size immediately or pay the teachers overtime. Won't be pretty...
This job has changed me. In a serious way. I hope the new post doesn't turn me into a jerk. Let me know if my head gets too big.
P.S. Reading in the bath is nice. I don't do that enough.
EDIT: Even my music choice is pretentious! Actually no, it's just relaxing. Don't hate me cause strings sound pretty.
