The importance of a well-balanced diet, an adequate amount of sleep, and moderation of alcohol consumption is not only essential to better mental health, but also not making a complete fool out of oneself. Basically it's a four-day weekend for the Fourth of July, where everyone with family within 600 miles gets the hell outta Dodge, while the rest of us are left to languish in the Mississippi heat.
