An Ineffable Game Of His Own Devising.
I almost started this post with "Who do I have to bribe to make me a half-decent James Caan icon?!" Because I'm telling you, I went looking, especially in Las Vegas communities, and there was not a single goddamn one I could find. Why no James Caan love, fandom?
Anyway, stuff is going on, but I don't feel like talking about it because it's mostly be whining about how I haven't started the new job yet and how much I hate being unemployed and blah, blah, blah.
So anyway, Alex had this brilliant idea that James Caan guest-stars on H50 as Danny's thief dad who sweeps into Hawaii on some ridiculous pretext to steal shit, annoys and fusses over Danny, needles Steve for being such a tightass, bonds with Chin, and flirts/seduces Kono while Danny has rage blackouts that his dad has better flirting skills than he does. It has been my happy place for the past day and a half now, and I seriously wish I could bribe someone into writing it. Just think of all the capering and bantering you could shove in there! Maybe even Danny and his dad tag-team snark at Steve! And for no reason, Mary Ann could show up and join the Williamses in their mocking of Steve. It would be a Steve-mocking epic!
Also, I made cheese and broccoli soup from scratch, and it smells pretty good. Go, team me!
